In this post, I happily list all the LGBTQIA Celebrations in other countries for June, 2014:
Sao Paolo, Brazil celebrated their “Gay Pride Sao Paolo” from last Friday, May 30, until this past Tuesday, June 3;
Barcelona, Spain has their “Barcelona Pride” from Friday, June 27, until Sunday, June 29;
Berlin, Germany, celebrates “Berlin: CSD Christopher Street Day” from Thursday, June 19, until Sunday, June 22;
Blackpool, England celebrates “Blackpool Gay Pride” from Saturday, June 14, until Sunday, June 15;
PLEASE NOTE: There are international Pride Celebrations that are listed in June that do not list specific dates. I used every search engine I could think of, enlisted the assistance of very tech savvy people, even called upon people who relate to those nationalities, but remained unsuccessful in obtaining exact dates for the Pride Celebrations of those areas. As a result, I have no idea exactly when Bogota, Colombia (“Bogota Colombia Diversa”), Hong Kong, China (“Hong Kong Pride”), and Ibiza, Spain (“Ibiza Gay Pride”) shall have their respective Pride Celebrations.
However, Helsinki, Finland’s “Helsinki Gay Pride” is from Pride Celebration is from Monday, June 23, until Sunday, June 29; and Rome, Italy shall have their “Roma Pride” this Saturday, June 7, as shall Oxford, England regarding their “Oxford Gay Pride.”
Dublin, Ireland celebrates their “Gay Pride Dublin” from next Saturday, June 14, until Sunday, June 29;
Edinburgh, Scotland celebrates “Edinburgh: Pride Scotia” on Saturday, June 21;
Oslo, Norway celebrates “Oslo: Europride 2014” from Friday, June 20, until Sunday, June 29;
Paris, France celebrates “Gay Pride Paris,” and both Sheffield, England celebrates “Sheffield Gay Pride” and Swansea, England celebrates “Swansea Gay Pride” on Saturday, June 28;
Shanghai, China celebrates “Shanghai Pride” from Saturday, June 14, until Sunday, June 22;
Stiges, Spain celebrates “Stiges Gay Pride” from next Thursday, June 12, until Sunday, June 15;
Tel Aviv, Israel celebrates “Tel Aviv Gay Pride” from next Sunday, June 8 until next Friday, June 13.
Again, I AM most thankful to http://www.gaypridecalendar.com/ for its invaluable assistance in the creation of this post.
If any of you attend any of these Pride Celebrations, please feel free to share your experiences in the comments. Also, if there are any Pride Celebrations taking place in this country or others that I may have missed, please feel free to add them in a comment so that those Pride Celebrations can be added to a previously published post to be included.
