Last Day at the Mountain…

UPDATE: MONDAY, MAY 23, 2016: It is ironic that the day that I publish this post, is also the day that I return to the Mountain.

Enjoy, and here we go…

From the last paragraph of “Back at the Mountain, Day 3…”

I enjoyed the rest of my evening, and then, something happened…

The something that happened is that, while still asleep, I reached out for my cell phone, and began checking for text messages, which as soon as I realized what I was doing, I then became fully awake!

Now, before I go any further, a few things about me.  When I was younger, both my now late maternal grandmother and I had insomnia.  There were times when it was worse for her, and other times, worse for me.

When I learned that people who have wireless electronics in their room usually have difficulty sleeping, I swore that on extremely rare occasions, and definitely NOT when I would retire for the evening, would said electronics be in my bedroom.

I woke up relatively early, so that I could finish packing, and so that I could also prepare for my Reading.

At Rainbow Mountain Resort, breakfast (on Saturdays and Sundays) is served from 9AM-12PM.  I wanted to make sure I went down for breakfast as close to 9AM as possible.

The staff member to whom I was going to give a Reading arranged with the one of the owners, to use a room that was unoccupied for the Reading.  That was a true Blessing, because it made it easier for me to be more relaxed and not rush out of the resort, a la the check out process.

As usual, Chef Pam, the Living Goddess of Culinary Delights, made a fantastic breakfast.  Based on the writings of Doreen Virtue, I have learned that, when I refrain from eating meat, my Readings are sharper and more accurate.  And so,as much as I would have enjoyed some meat on the breakfast table, I opted for a super delicious bowl of oatmeal with chopped fruits and nuts.  I mean, really?!  Who gets excited about oatmeal?!

I can honestly say that I was very excited about my oatmeal.  I had a few other things, too, but not too much, as I knew I would not be eating that much prior to the Reading.

After breakfast, I decided to engage in one last walk among the gorgeous grounds, which I did.

After that, I prepared for my client’s Reading, and if I do say so myself, the Reading was fantastic.

[And here is where this series of posts ends, and it brings an opportunity for a new series of posts to begin.]

Before I close, I wish to acknowledge my newest followers.  They are: “What’s your story?,” “donaldgeorgeherman,” “Ceeka68,” and “reuserecylclerelove.”  Thank you for being so wonderful.  Thank you for honoring who you are and what you do.  Thank you for honoring who I AM and what I do.  And thank you for being so great for so many.

And yes, some new adventures await when I return to the Mountain!

In the meantime, here is an updated video tour of Rainbow Mountain Resort, that they uploaded three days ago.  Enjoy!
